Dr. Ron McMorris DC, DACNB

Dr. Ron is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who is born and bred Livingston Parish. He recently earned his Diplomat in Neurology. Dr. Ron is only 1 of 4 Chiropractic Neurologist in the state of Louisiana. He has extensive experience with sports injuries, auto injuries, migraines, concussions, and more. Elite Chiropractic is the only physician level facility actively treating vertigo, concussions, traumatic brain injuries, occulomotor dysfunctions, vestibular dysfunctions, and more via modern Functional Neurology techniques. Dr. Vad Turlak, DC

Dr. Vad Turlak earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Illinois and brings a strong passion for helping patients recover, move better, and live healthier lives.

Dr. Vad’s clinical focus includes wellness care, rehabilitation, functional neurology, and patient-centered treatment. He believes every patient deserves an individualized plan designed not only to reduce pain, but also to restore function, prevent future injury, and help them return to the activities they enjoy.

Patients can expect compassionate one-on-one care, clear education about their condition, and a treatment approach focused on long-term health and improved quality of life.

Outside the office, Dr. Vad enjoys staying active through sports, especially football, basketball, golf, and volleyball. He is also an animal lover with a special place in his heart for cats and dogs.

Dr. Baylie Stears, DPT

Dr. Baylie Stears is proud to return to Elite Chiropractic as a provider after first beginning her journey with the clinic as a young high school athlete recovering from a sports-related injury. After completing rehabilitation at Elite and later receiving physical therapy following a major surgery, she discovered her passion for helping others recover, rebuild, and return to the activities they love.

Dr. Baylie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. She is dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life through individualized care.

Her passion for health, wellness, and physical activity allows her to serve a wide range of patients, from those working to regain everyday movement and independence to athletes striving for peak performance. Dr. Baylie creates personalized treatment programs that align with each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and long-term success.
