Ground Turkey Goodness
Easy recipe that is simple and fast
2 lb ground turkey breasts
2 lb lean ground meat
1 large chopped onion
1 large chopped bell pepper
1 Tbs minced garlic
2 Large cans of stewed tomatoes
Favorite seasonings
Heat skillet and brown meat together. Drain juices when brown. Add the onions, bell pepper, minced garlic, and favorite seasonings. Simmer until onions are soft. If you don’t like tomatoes stop here. If you do at the tomatoes for that licopene boost.

Baked Chicken Breast
1. 2 Raw Skinless Chicken Breast
2. Olive Oil Cooking Spray
3. 1/2 t sea salt
4. 1/4 t Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dried Oregano, Paprika
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees. Spray Olive Oil on pan and lay chicken down. Spray Chicken with Olive Oil
Mix seasonings in a bowl and dust over the chicken as desired on both sides.
Once oven is pre heated place chicken for 10 minutes each side. (cook for 15 minutes if your chicken breast are of the larger size).
Cook for time, until juices run clear, or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving
